Quoting & Tendering is available to all clients as a standalone per-tender service or monthly bundle. Enterprise clients receive unlimited quoting as part of their package.

Contract & Commitment
- Minimum 3-month initial term, then rolling monthly.
- 30 days written notice to cancel after the minimum term.
- Prices fixed for 12 months from sign-up.
- Founding clients (first 90 days) lock in their rate for 12 months.
- Upgrade to a higher tier at any time with 30 days notice.
Mantra Platform
- Access to the Mantra platform (mantraltd.co.uk) is included in every package at no additional cost.
- All client data, projects, documents and communications are managed through Mantra.
- Clients retain full access to their Mantra account and data at all times.
Email & Communication
- One monitored business email address included with every package.
- Additional email addresses monitored at £100 per month each.
- Your clients and suppliers will not know Asociates manages your communications.
Data & Confidentiality
- All client data handled under strict confidentiality and GDPR.
- Our team operates under your business identity — we represent you.
- Full NDA and data processing agreement provided on sign-up.
Billing
- Monthly retainer billed in advance by Direct Debit.
- Overflow and out-of-scope work billed monthly in arrears at £25–£35 per hour.
- Standalone quoting invoiced on completion; monthly bundles billed in advance.
